Power in Purpose

 

Our most popular type of project, Team Challenges differ from typical ‘team building’ days out because of one powerful impetus – ‘purpose’. 

Purpose elevates morale and motivates, enhances connection to others and provides a sense of wellbeing. This improves workplace satisfaction, staff retention and fast-tracks performance and productivity, because it is proven that people bond better when they have a meaningful common goal. 

We challenge teams to build something for a charity or community that will make a huge difference to the lives of many, often disadvantaged or vulnerable, people. 

Our projects challenge participants to work outside of their comfort zones on an ambitious task with a strict deadline that is only achievable by everyone working together.  

Projects include growing, sensory and therapeutic gardens, all-accessible adventure playground equipment, and shaded seating areas. 

Team Challenges leave a lasting legacy for years to come for recipients and participants.

Experiential Learning 

 

Our Team Challenges enable businesses to achieve their Corporate Social Responsibility and community impact objectives and bring classroom learning to life for universities and business schools. 

We hand over the designs and the plans to you. Our Project Facilitators will teach you how to use the tools and then be there as mentors and guides as you build the equipment yourselves. This gives teams a sense of ownership, enhancing their sense of accomplishment. 

The projects empower participants, promote skills development and hone effective teamwork. Building something for someone else in need with your bare hands and experiencing social impact first-hand, has a profound impact. 

 

Bespoke 

 

Our projects are tailor-made to your learning and development objectives. We can organise projects for as little as two hours, or offer extended challenges over multiple days, accommodating between 10 and 5,000 people. 

Opportunities for deeper learning insights and analysis can be included if required, for example: 

  • Pre-project planning session. 
  • Pitstops for reflection and analysis. 
  • Post-project de-brief session.
