Why do a Splash Project

Learning and development projects for CSR and ESG

Our time on Earth is short. We want to make meaningful impact, to make the world a better place, while making ourselves better. And, the fact that you’re reading this, means you do too.

There are myriad reasons why you might want to do a Splash Project; to reconnect or re-engage your team, to develop talent and leadership, or to improve performance, to name but a few.

Our projects challenge people to work outside of their normal business environments, to think creatively and independently as well as practically and together. As a result, they enable leaders, teams and individuals to be more effective, responsive and confident.

Based on your specific needs, we will select a charity partner and design a community project bespoke for you.

Corporate Social Responsibility

Splash Projects facilitate Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) while helping participants develop professionally and personally. Central to every Splash Project is the idea that participants must take initiative and charitable organisations must benefit.

Experiential Learning

Learning is best achieved when it is experienced. Participants take ownership of their project which gets them out of the classroom or the office bubble so they can manifest their strengths and acknowledge weaknesses. Invariably, by doing something unfamiliar, mistakes are made and unforeseen circumstances arise; these unforeseen challenges present excellent learning opportunities!

Sustainable Development

We incorporate sustainable development into our challenges. Many of our projects directly support the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly, SDG3 – Good Health & Wellbeing, SDG 4 – Quality Education, SDG10 – Reduced Inequalities, and SDG17 – Partnerships for the Goals.

Health and Safety

A team of facilitators from Splash Projects oversees each project (except Strategic Management Projects), ensuring Health and Safety compliance is high on the agenda. We are certified in Health and Safety protocols and are First Aid qualified. We have comprehensive public liability insurance.

We have continued working safely throughout the pandemic.

Testimonials

The best part of the Splash Project experience was the realisation of the purpose of what we did and the joy of the children and their families in the end.

Student, TIAS Business School, The Netherlands

Splash Projects are impressive – the team’s understanding of customer requirements, planning and delivery are exemplary.

Participant from Aviva

We were very impressed on one hand by the technical professionalism of Splash, the result being of very high quality, but also by the used methodology. Splash knew how to plan, guide, support and manage 40 volunteers, representing 19 nations, with a lot of competence, firmness and kindness, while knowing how to stimulate and maintain motivation and harmony in the realisation.

L’ENVOL pour les enfants Européens, Paris

Choosing to partner with Splash has been one of the best leadership development decisions I have ever made. Their attitude, energy, experience, practical application and flawless execution allowed participants to anchor learning that could have otherwise taken weeks or months to achieve. Their innovative approach, challenging style and unwavering focus on meeting your desired organisational goals makes them a delight to work with.

We are massively interested in CSR so a Splash Project allowed us to give something back to the community while benefiting us too. The Splash team was incredibly professional, which we really valued, but it was also a lot of fun, and the project leaders weren’t put off by the challenge of working with us!
