Splash Projects empower people, unify people and promote skills development, improving business performance.   

At the same time, our projects support the fulfilment of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and community impact ambitions: we help the business world harness its power to bring about positive, sustainable, social change. 

Our projects challenge both entry-level employees and senior-level managers alike, taking participants out of their comfort zones, providing a safe and fun environment to learn and develop and push past their perceived limits.

Since 2005, we have worked with a broad spectrum of companies, delivering exceptional community projects ranging from 10 participants in Singapore to 5,000+ employees in London, lasting anywhere from two hours to six months in duration.

Team Challenges  

Our most popular type of project, Team Challenges differ from typical ‘team-building’ days out because of one powerful impetus – ‘purpose’. Our projects challenge participants to work outside of their comfort zones on an ambitious task with a strict deadline that is only achievable by everyone working together. 

Leadership Challenges 

Splash Projects provide a dynamic, challenging, and safe environment for leadership development, where existing managers and future leaders alike get to learn about themselves as well as their peers.  

Our Leadership Challenges follow the same structure as our Team Challenges but the focus is on supporting the development of authentic and effective leadership skills.
