Splash Projects works with Charities & Communities across the globe
At the heart of every Splash project is a charity or community in need – and over the last 20 years, we have supported many charities and communities across the globe, particularly focussing on vulnerable children or the elderly, as well as projects promoting the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Charities, communities, schools and councils often have incredible vision, but limited resources to get there.
- You may have raised money for a new playground but it will take years before you’ll have enough to start the work
- Or maybe you need to renovate your care facility, but don’t have the expertise to begin the project
- Maybe you have an urgent need for manpower to get something key done
- Or perhaps you are desperately in need of help following the coronavirus pandemic?
If this is you, then please do get in touch as we may be able to help! Our typical projects include building playgrounds, developing sensory or educational gardens or renovating care homes for children with special needs. But we love a challenge, so do contact us if you have something a bit different you need help with.
We will work with you to understand exactly what you need. Following an initial site-visit, our in-house design team will turn your vision into a 3-D design and an our experienced Programme Manager will plan the project on your behalf. Splash Projects will find a group of volunteers to deliver your project and fund the necessary materials. (They could be from a local business or a business school.) A team of facilitators from Splash oversees all the work and ensures that Health and Safety compliance is high on the agenda. The durability of your project is always a top priority for us and after the project build stage, our Splash Programme Manager checks the whole site to ensure that everything has been completed to a high standard. We also ensure that the final build fully complies with safety standards and is in accordance with local regulations. We often find that the volunteers are keen to help you longer-term – even when your initial requirements have been met.
Even if we cannot help your charity or community straight away, we will continue to search for a corporate partner for you and keep you updated of our progress along the way.
