Splash were a true delight to work with! They genuinely listened to our needs and incorporated the ideas of staff and residents into the design of the project. While on site, they made a concerted effort not to interfere with the day-to-day operations of the shelter. Outgoing, approachable, organised, hardworking, with a great sense of humour – who could ask for a better team to work with?

Our 12-year partnership with Splash Projects has created value of around €4 million in saved labour and materials costs for more than 30 community groups.

The project was extremely ambitious and I still cannot believe how much was accomplished in 10 hours. Splash were particularly clever in the way they organised, planned and facilitated the whole event. When the children came on site to experience the new play equipment it really was delightful to watch the amazement on their faces. Personally, I can’t wait to work with you again and watch another miracle unfold.

We are massively interested in CSR so a Splash Project allowed us to give something back to the community while benefiting us too. The Splash team was incredibly professional, which we really valued, but it was also a lot of fun, and the project leaders weren’t put off by the challenge of working with us!

It has been a long time since I’ve been impressed like this – the experience blew my mind! It was perfect symphony. It was the best learning experience I have seen in such a short period of time. Just wow!

The projects are fantastic for our students to work on, it certainly stretches them beyond their comfort zones and helps them to further develop their teambuilding, leadership and problem solving skills, while bringing long-lasting benefits to the community for years to come

It was a wonderful experience, the debrief sessions were extremely helpful, it created a real link between the skills they’ve developed with Splash and the impact on their future lives and professional careers
