Team bonding with purpose

You have eight hours to build a play park with your colleagues and have never used a tool in your life – how do you approach the challenge? 

In every Splash Project participants learn new skills and new perspectives, about themselves and their peers, including that together, “you can achieve far more than you think you can”. 

Below are selected soundbites from 46 professionals from a leading international specialist materials manufacturer who swapped their usual 9 – 5 working day to build a mini-assault course and an outdoor stage/storytelling area for children at Centre de Loisirs in Fontainebleau, central France. 

Their project was on day one of their INSEAD Executive Education management programme and after handing them the plans, we tasked them to organise themselves into teams, identify, allocate and distribute the tasks, so the build was delivered to the highest spec and on time, later that day.
