In two hours only

We took 140 senior leaders out of the comfort zones (their offices) and gave them the chance to rise to a whole new challenge. 

Members of Safran Actuation Systems’ Global Leadership Team only had two hours, so we devised a project that would test their teamwork skills and give them an incredible sense of purpose, all before lunch. 

This was their first full gathering since Safran took over Collins Aerospace, so the project encouraged the leadership team to collaborate, form new relationships, build trust and grow as a high-performance team.  

The project was one element of their three-day residential conference, and the garden items they built were subsequently delivered by Splash to three very grateful local schools, where they will serve and inspire children for years to come.
