Impactful immersive experiences

Our experiential learning projects are recognised by a plethora of the world’s top business schools as an impactful way of bringing the curriculum to life. 

For several years, Imperial College London has integrated a Splash Project into its annual, three-day immersive experience. 

This year our team guided 73 business Master’s students to transform a worn-out adventure playground belonging to The Yard, a specialist centre for children and young people with learning and physical difficulties, in Edinburgh. 

The students built a castle tree house, a train and sandpits along with various other activity structures – much to the delight of the onlooking youngsters! This new play equipment will massively enhance the charity’s work. 

Experiential Learning

Through their project, which formed part of the leadership module, the students: 

• Experienced working together as a high performing team. 

• Employed practical and analytical problem solving.

• Developed their self-confidence. 

• Experienced social impact first-hand.
