Why do a Splash Project

Learning and development projects which elevate performance and facilitate social change

We help businesses and business schools hit two targets with one arrow: our programmes empower people and promote skills development, improving business and academic performance.

At the same time, our projects support the fulfilment of Corporate Social Responsibility and community impact ambitions.

We want to help the business world harness its power to bring about positive, sustainable, social change – to make the world a better place, while making ourselves better. And, the fact that you’re reading this, means you do too.

Splash Projects support business and academic objectives, by:

  • Connecting or re-engaging teams.
  • Developing leadership skills.
  • Improving communication.
  • Improving agility and problem-solving.
  • Fostering innovation and creativity.
  • Fostering confidence and independence.
  • Presenting VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity) challenges.
  • Honing project management skills.
  • Developing high-performing teams.

Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental, Social, Governance

Purpose is at the heart of everything we do. All our projects support vulnerable, in-need communities.

Purpose is the engine of high-performing organisations with research consistently showing that purpose-driven companies outperform their peers.

A sense of purpose, or meaning, fosters innovation, improves employee retention, and strengthens customer loyalty.

Splash Projects enable the business world to fulfil its Corporate Social Responsibility ambitions and achieve high Environmental, Social, Governance standards.

Purposeful, experiential learning makes for a profound and long-lasting impact.

Experiential Learning

Our projects bring office work, company values and classroom learning to life.

Participants get to hear directly from the organisation’s representatives about how their work will help them and meet the people for whom their efforts are for.

Through building something for others in need with your bare hands, purpose becomes real and tangible. In this way, through the activation of all our senses, experiential learning is incredibly impactful, leading to improved performance and productivity back in the office or classroom.

We give teams ownership of their project. We hand them the plans and guide them to execute the build. Outside of the office or classroom bubble, and out of their comfort zones, participants’ strengths and weaknesses are revealed, presenting opportunities for growth.

Sustainable Development

All of our projects support the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly, SDG3: Good Health & Wellbeing, SDG 4: Quality Education, SDG10: Reduced Inequalities, and SDG17: Partnerships for the Goals. Visit Our Impact page for more insight.

Testimonials

The best part of the Splash Project experience was the realisation of the purpose of what we did and the joy of the children and their families in the end.

Participant from Aviva

We were very impressed on one hand by the technical professionalism of Splash, the result being of very high quality, but also by the used methodology. Splash knew how to plan, guide, support and manage 40 volunteers, representing 19 nations, with a lot of competence, firmness and kindness, while knowing how to stimulate and maintain motivation and harmony in the realisation.

Choosing to partner with Splash has been one of the best leadership development decisions I have ever made. Their attitude, energy, experience, practical application and flawless execution allowed participants to anchor learning that could have otherwise taken weeks or months to achieve. Their innovative approach, challenging style and unwavering focus on meeting your desired organisational goals makes them a delight to work with.

We are massively interested in CSR so a Splash Project allowed us to give something back to the community while benefiting us too. The Splash team was incredibly professional, which we really valued, but it was also a lot of fun, and the project leaders weren’t put off by the challenge of working with us!
