CEDEP transforms outdoor area into social hub for people at risk of isolation

We are absolutely over the moon about the feedback we had for this project in the spring of 2022.

It shows the impact with have on the companies / teams we work with as well as the charities which benefit from their hard work.

This one-day project in April involved 25 participants on a programme with CEDEP (The European Centre for Executive Development, France) who created an outdoor seating area for Foundation des Amis de l’Atelier (Friends of the Workshop Foundation). Located south of Paris, the charity supports vulnerable people including those affected by disability, or addiction.

The seating area was created at one of the charity’s Day Reception Centres which enable people to leave the isolation of their homes and enjoy socialising and other activities.

Muriel Barnier, Programme Director for CEDEP, said: “It has been a long time since I’ve been impressed like this – the experience blew my mind!

“It was perfect symphony.

“The project fit exactly our number of people and time frame, with just the right dose of stress and surprises that we needed!

“There was SO much learning. It was the best learning experience I have seen in such a short period of time.
