60 people, six hours, decades of impact

December 2025 

There are 400 miles between Edinburgh and London, so when you run a business with offices in these two cities, it’s hard to get your teams to bond.  

But bosses from regenerative medicine firm, Resolution Therapeutics, didn’t just want to get their geographically polarised teams together over a lunch meeting – they wanted to give them a meaningful, hands-on experience which would not just strengthen their bonds but leave a lasting legacy for others. 

So they contacted us. 

We devised a project that would involve all 60 of them to work alongside one another, giving them the chance to get to know each other, while living their company values: 

• A winning mindset 

• A bold approach 

• Working as one team 

• Unwavering integrity 

Together, in just over half a day, they built an outdoor classroom, wheelchair accessible decking, bench seating and planters, enriching the lives of disabled young people and their families being supported by Grace House in Sunderland, for decades to come.
