Setting students up for success

ESCP Business School | Sauveguarde des Yvelines

September 2025

The world’s oldest business school, ESCP Business School, integrated a Splash Project at the beginning of term to set their MBA students up for success – not just for the rest of their course, but for life beyond the campus.

While we are best known for our multi-day, large scale projects, we can also deliver a meaningful experience which packs a punch when it comes to community impact in a few hours.

Our project with 50 MBA students in two-and-a-half hours is testament to this.

Objectives

– Help students get to know each other better.

– Become a high performing team.

– Improve understanding of social impact.

– Deliver real impact in their local community.

Taking place on campus, we gave each learning group set tasks promoting teamwork, communication and relationship building.

The students created a series of children’s activities and games which we delivered to a nearby centre for vulnerably housed families run by Sauveguarde des Yvelines.
