We’re proud to partner with ESSCA in bringing purpose-driven education to life, ensuring that every structure raised is also a lesson in resilience, teamwork and responsibility.
Over three days in August 2025, new ESSCA PGE and BMI students began their journey, not just in business education, but in building real-world impact.
Armed with Bosch Power Tools, energy, skills and purpose, from day one, teams experienced the power of teamwork, leadership and community engagement, turning theory into practice in ways that leave a lasting legacy.
We believe experiential learning achieves its greatest value when it delivers tangible benefits for both people and communities, so we design every project to stretch capabilities, forge stronger connections and make a visible difference.
Here’s what the 2025 ESSCA cohort achieved:
Who: 360 PGE and BMI students (+100 BMI students on our go-kart challenge)
What: Garden, play equipment, and seating.
Why: To benefit the lives of vulnerably housed children at a centre in northwest Paris run by Sauveguarde des Yvelines.
Who: 100 students
What: Garden with raised beds and potting shed, benches and covered seating pod.
Why: To enhance the lives of young adults being supported by medico-social establishment, the Parons Supported Employment Service (ESAT).
Who: 200 students
What: Walkway with play areas and a large undercover seating area
Why: To enhance the lives of disabled children being cared for at the IEM of La Guiberdière run by Handicap-Anjou.
Who: 100 students
What: Range of undercover seating areas, garden with raised beds and potting shed.
Why: To support young people required specialised eduction at the Blaye Special Education Institute (IME).
Who: 200
What: Large garden with raised beds and pétanque court, covered decked area and walkway.
Why: To enhance the lives of patients being cared for at mental health hospital, Saint-Cyr-Au-Mont-d’Or.
Who: 50 students
What: Bike shed.
Why: To provide an important facility for children’s residential centre Rue du Château d’Angleterre, run by Arsea.
