It’s a wrap! 2024 was Splash Projects’ most impactful year to date!  

We wouldn’t have been able to do it without the commitment of our business partners.

Europe’s largest ‘shantytown’ and refugee camp. 

Economically deprived rural communities. 

Schools for children with learning and physical disabilities. 

Refuges for vulnerable young women. 

We celebrated 

Our 15th anniversary with Santander Consumer Finance UK. 

Their projects have a value of more than £1.2 million. 

And opening a Splash Zambia office. 

And, our third year with ESSCA, working with 1,600 students in six locations across France in four days. 

This year included go-kart making, racing and recycling them into garden furniture for their chosen charity! 

Not forgetting our founder Simon Poole who clinched CEO of the Year in a major southwest business awards event! 

Not-for-profit  

A seven-day veterans community garden built by the military community for the military community. 

VUCA 

We’ve had VUCA challenges too, such as… 

Delivering a project in Germany with two weeks’ notice with 50% ideal manpower. 

Delivering a project for 100+ professionals in a conference centre in central London two storeys up… 

And a last-minute postponement of two projects in the Far East when Splash feet were already on the ground.
