“We realised early one that we were in the same position as the people we were doing the project for; learning new things to help us go on and work in different industries and achieve new things.”
These are the words of one of the 80 ESSEC GMBA students who worked hard over two days (40 per day) creating new facilities including a bike shed, for people being supported at the Establishment and Service for the Assistance of Workers (ESAT) La Pyramide, near Paris.
The charity provides training opportunities for adults with disabilities so they can find jobs and access work environments; the Splash Project infrastructure will help with this training.
