“Fulfilling, fun, inclusion, enjoyable, teamwork”
These are some of the words HEC Paris students used to sum-up their Splash Project experience.
Over four days we worked with 200 students who built new play facilities, outdoor seating areas and storage facilities for a temporary accommodation centre for vulnerable people run by the charity Sauvegarde des Yvelines.
Their learning objective was to ‘practice effective leadership and demonstrate the power of teamwork while giving back to the local community’.
Mission accomplished.
