Over three days in September 2022, we delivered six projects with ESSCA School of Management, France, involving a total of 1,260 students.
In Paris, Angers, Lyon, Strasbourg, Aix-en-Provence and Bordeaux, the students created something wonderful for the lives of countless people. It was one of our biggest projects to date.
– Institut des Parons, Aix-en-Provence, which supports people with disabilities, two covered decked areas with a linked walkway were created.
– IME Monplaisir, Angers, for teenagers aged with moderate or severe intellectual disabilities, shaded seating and picnic areas were created.
– IME Eurometropole, Strasbourg, which supports children in need of specialised care, two covered decked areas with additional build features around the garden area were created.
– Buc Ressources, Paris, a training centre for the new generation of healthcare professionals, an open-air theatre with floating pergola and Olympic themed tables were created.
– IMPRO Médoc, Bordeaux, which supports young adults with psychological limitations in their transition to work and mainstream life, two decked areas for the staff and students to use as an outdoor training facility as well as to relax, were created in addition to an outdoor exercise area.
– ALGED Le Tremplin, Lyon, which offers comprehensive and bespoke support to adults with intellectual disabilities, two covered decked areas with additional build features around the garden area were created.
Throughout the experience students developed team building skills and problem-solving skills in a creative environment, building strong relationships, as well as establishing and embedding the values of their business school.
