Phillip joins the Splash team to help focus on the development of our Business and Client Community.

Phillip possesses several significant achievements with a proven track record within leadership, having held managerial roles within the banking and healthcare sectors. With his experience in commercial approaches, he has used Emotional Intelligence to problem-solve and embrace others (including stakeholders) to successfully build highly-motivated and dynamic teams of over 300 individuals.

Phillip is an avid sports fan and a keen boxer and has previously cycled from London to Paris in support of The Big Issue Foundation, raising over £10,000 as part of a small team.
