Business & Community Programme Development

Leonard Fom has been part of the Splash community since 2011 as a floating freelancer resource who has been involved in programme delivery as well as back office support roles. He is the business owner of a change & transformation consultancy that provides leadership and team training programmes to develop high performing teams.

Leonard has lead a number of community impact projects in his local community of Sutton including a couple of summer fun day events to encourage young adults participating in physical activity, and also the partnership co-ordinator behind the Loul Deng Basketball Academy at Evelyn Grace School in Brixton. He has previously worked in multiple financial institutions and private sector companies and has extensive experience in business leadership support, business development and project management working internationally and across various cultures. Leonard previous roles include: Senior business partner roles at HSBC, Lloyds Bank, RBS, Barclays and MasterCard.
