Steven Daniels, Former Human Resource Director with RBS Group Delivers Praise

Steve Daniels from RBS endorses Splash Projects

When I first came across Splash I was looking for a project that would provide my team with an opportunity to deliver a project that would benefit a deserving cause and bring together a high performing global team that was spread across a number of different time zones and cultures who never came together other than via an audio! Splash identified the ideal partner but we got so much more than we hoped. Not only did we make such a difference to the school but the team motivation and short and long term development was incredible.

The one day project saw the team deliver in demanding circumstances undertaking tasks outside their normal comfort zone but the real added value was what turned out to be both short and long term skills enhancement.

Team motivation was incredible – it brought the whole team together focused on one key but challenging project – the sense of pride and accomplishment was maintained way beyond the project. Also the team honed their project management skills and we saw different leaders emerge and post the project the collaboration across the whole team increased 100%. That was 7 years ago and the team and those who have left still say it was the best development project they have ever experienced.

RBS and Splash Community Projects - Leadership DevelopmentSince then I have worked with Splash on two further occasions with different teams and had the same outstanding results and recommended them to others who have also experienced the same results.

If your looking to create an outstanding team or sharpen a high performing team and at the same time leave your positive mark on a well deserving external cause then look no further than… Splash.
