Media services

It’s a real achievement for your team to complete a Splash project and we want to help you celebrate and remember your experience.  So, as part of your project, a small team of participants will take on the challenge of producing a professional project film, emphasising the importance of marketing and the creative processes.  (The participants will be supported through the process by the Splash media experts.)

Focusing on your values and desired learning outcomes, your team will script, produce a story board, film and edit a video that can be used for a range of purposes, including demonstrating your Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in action.

Here are just some of the ways in which your film can be a powerful tool.

Reviewing and learning from the Experience

We use film during our detailed After Action Review to help embed learnings, which in turn helps improve customer experience.

Internal Communications

The final film can help you engage with a wide audience within your organisation as they share the experience with you.

Social Media & PR

If you would like, we can post your film and photos on networks such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and YouTube to share your experience with a wider audience – and arrange for Press and PR opportunities.  The video can highlight your organisation’s contribution to sustainable growth in the region.

Marketing

Aligning closely with your brand and values, we can produce both film and written content for stakeholder communications, talent attraction and recruitment, etc.

Learning & Development Films

We can work with you to produce content for e-learning platforms to preserve the key learning outcomes and bring them to a wider group of staff.

The skills covered through media include:

  • Strategic thinking
  • Communication
  • Collaboration
  • Leadership
  • Agility

500 BCG employees help earthquake-hit community, Cascia

In September 2019, Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Italia brought 500 employees from their offices Milan and Rome to Cascia, where the local community was hugely affected by an earthquake in 2016.

Splash Projects (in collaboration with Fondazione Francesca Rava) led 40 of the participants in building a community seating area, mountain bike skills course and ball target game in the local park.

Congratulations to all the BCG participants involved this great event for Cascia!
