TIAS Students – “Great initiative, really proud to be part of it!”

Some great feedback from TIAS students that recently completed a project in the Netherlands:

“This was perhaps the most impactful session during this destination. It was the extremely well conceived and implemented. It was of far greater impact to me than any classroom session I have every been part of. What I felt and learned that day will stick with me forever and will be something I can apply immediately in my work.”

“The purpose was most gratifying. The teams were at very early stage of forming so if it kind of exposed the weaknesses adequately. If mission would have been accomplished if it came in after one round of coaching or after little more working together as a team, but it would have come at the cost of learning so I get the essence of the timing.”

“The part I most enjoyed about the experience was working with a great team and learning new skills in construction I may use again! Also, the perseverance of the team to really want to go the extra mile to complete the project. And most of all, even though it wasn’t finished, the absolute delight on the kids faces and the happiness it brought.”

“The best part of this experience was realisation of the purpose of what we did and the joy of the children and their families in the end. Great initiative, really proud to be part of it.”

“Inspiring, emotional, we all stepped into our natural behaviors with this exercise. Also really good for the coaches to see what each person most naturally does. I’ll never forget this day in my life!!!!”
