Tom Gallagher Splash Projects team

Tom left the Army in 2007 after serving 38 yrs in the Royal Engineers as a field engineer. He has extensive experience in enabling operations world wide serving in all the recent operations involving UK Forces; extensive project management experience both in the UK and abroad; and more than 10 years experience of estate management (including environmental protection and fire management). During a long military career he has also served with the Namibian Defence Force and on operations in the Balkans with the French Foreign Legion. He is now a worldwide charity project volunteer, having just returned from a six-week project in China building a hospice for babies. He is a qualified civil and structural draughtsman, a member of the International Institute of Risk Management, Fellow of the Charted Management Institute, Member City and Guilds Institute in Management and a Member of the Institute of Royal Engineers. In his spare time he is the chairman of a Royal British Legion, is a passionate rugby supporter and is a life member of Cambridge Rugby Football Club.
