Steve Manoy

Head of Delivery

Steve Manoy joins Splash Projects as the Head of Delivery, a new role leading all our projects.

Previously he spent 14 years in senior leadership roles across the John Lewis Partnership and BT where he:

Headed up Waitrose’s shop expansion programme and more recently led John Lewis Customer Relations, with a team of 1500 across the UK. In between these roles he trained in Lean Six Sigma enabling him to deliver business benefit upwards of £1m annually thereafter.

Before entering the commercial sector, Steve qualified as a Mine Clearance Diving Officer (specialising in underwater bomb disposal). He served in 2 conflicts and was also appointed as a Commanding Officer within the Royal Navy.

He has a strong passion for leadership & team development, having been a business coach and mentor for over a decade, using his Master NLP Practitioner & Coaching qualifications to help teams become truly high-performing and enable individuals to be their best.

Steve graduated in International Disaster Engineering and Management, whilst completing this BSc he learnt key civil engineering skills that can be applied to disaster environments, to restore a safe infrastructure. This strong foundation in civil engineering has proved invaluable across much of Steve’s career. He is also qualified as a Remote Area Trauma & Emergency Medical Technician.
