In Singapore, the Heineken team came together yet again to construct a train-shaped gym for the children of the EPIC Centre. Given the complex planning involved team members had to ‘come together as one’ and think strategically about how to perform twelve complex building tasks in a safe manner and in a short time frame.
The Early Intervention Programme for Infants and Children (EIPIC) provides therapy and educational support services to children with special needs. It enhances and maximises the developmental growth potential of these children and minimises the development of secondary disabilities. The programme equips them with fine/gross motor, cognitive, communication, social, and self-help skills.
