34 participants from Sonepar recently undertook an INSEAD Splash Project in Singapore this March with great success!
During the planning exercise, the participants met the charity and learnt what the project would mean to them. The group then sized up each task, produced a works programme, allocated resources such as materials and tools and organised themselves into teams and started to plan…
Some information on the charity:
MINDS – Movement for the Intellectually Disabled of Singapore.
The charity brief for this project was: “To develop an outside space to encourage some physical activity with an educational element. The structure will be free standing, have a nautical theme with education in mind.”
The Sonepar team successfully delivered their Splash Project for the children at MINDS. The build was designed after a traditional Singapore Boat Taxi and it sets the scene for imaginative pretend play where the children can use life-jackets, ring the boat bells and fish in the pond. Congratulations on all of the participants involved in the construction of this great project!
